So I suppose I'll start with a long-overdue Tsukino Con post-op xP

On Friday I dressed up as Larxene from KH2 to school and simply took the bus after lunch to UVic. The stop after I got on a couple more cosplayers got on the bus! as Hungary and as Belarus from Hetalia joined me on the bus and this creepy drunk guy kept hitting on (?) Alex and eventually followed her into the con and security had to kick him out. It was super creepy. *shudders* But enough of that. I hung out with them until Percy dragged them into the Volunteer lineup. I did see in line and waved but it looked like she didn't recognize me . XP Then the non-preregistered line moved and I hung out with until we got our passes! It was nice to be able to hang out with so many awesome people so early in the day, I have to say! So I went to the games room until the Opening Ceremonies started. I got the special edition of Ocarina of Time for the GameCube and it was so hard! The Deku Tree was completely different in layout and there were badguys you couldn't kill yet because you couldn't get the slingshot yet! I died a couple of times before quitting. >3 Also there was a rectangle of light from the window behind me completely obscuring my view. It was so lame. But then it was the Opening Ceremonies and we all filed in for that. It was kind of lame, I have to say, but at least a forever-running joke started ("What is Gundam?")! I met Chris (the Sora with the Keyblade) and his friends! They were super nice, for friends of Morgan's! I then ran away for Con Etiquette (did ANYONE hang around for that? lol) and my mind's a blank until I went to the Cosplay Modeling & Photography panel. It was interesting, I suppose. It wasn't really what I'd expected. I'd hoped it would be a little more detailed/helpful but it killed time, I suppose. Sometime in there showed up and we left. I think we went to the Dealer's Hall...Then we went back for Name That Theme Song! We both did really bad. I think she got one right and I got none. OTL haha but it was certainly fun. I'd wanted to go to the Harajuku Fashion Show but she didn't so I didn't abandon her. I did catch :iconmikihina: afterwards and saw her awesomely cute dress! Kiyaa~! At that point showed up and took and I home.

On Saturday I took Willa and Deidre (my little sisters) along for the Cosplay Contest. I was Male-version Sheik from Legends of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Willa was Kid Zelda and Deidre was Saria. Sadly, there was a mix-up and we needed an adult 18 or older to watch Deidre since she is under 10. It was supposed to be a legal guardian of some sort and I'm not 18 yet so we got Adam on the phone with my mum, who gave the okay, and I got Kurry to hang out with us. We went to the Dealer's Hall, I turned around and she was gone (Kurry, not Deidre)! So I ended up hiding her under my cloak for the rest of the day when we were in the main building. We weren't busted so I guess we weren't spotted. We went to Who's That Character where we met up with Nicole, failed at that (though we did better than the Theme Song one lol) and stayed for the Cosplay Contest Set-Up. That happened then we did the Cosplay Contest. We had the "awwww" factor but failed to win anything because Deidre didn't do the Charlie's Angel pose when Willa and I did (she didn't notice we'd moved but I still blame her a little XP). was supposed to be our Link but then she showed up at 5 as Naruto! I was pretty mad, actually. But I got over it. We still had fun. And she's really young (is why I call her Young Catherine) so we probably wouldn't do a lot (if any) fanservice. We went back to the Dealer's Hall until mum picked the girls up and then we went to the AMV Contest (LOUD!). The videos were, like usual, amazing. The Dance category lacked this year but it certainly made sure that the Princess Tutu video won overall in that category for, what has it been, 6 years in a row, now? xD I love that video, though. It will never die!!! Then Nicole and I stuck around for the Yaoi Panel. It was informative and the discussion was well-done. I very much enjoyed it. I participated quite a bit and got so many penis candies! They tasted awful but it was cool to have them anyways. lol Sadly there was Linkondorf. I really detest that pairing. Link is the embodiment of pure light, Ganondorf the embodiment of pure evil. It should singe each other's skin to touch, right? Right?! I much prefer Shink, myself (though I hate that name. I just call it LinkxSheik)! Then mum picked me and Ethan up.

Sunday I was Sheik again but didn't wear my contacts 'cause I was too lazy to put them on that morning. We went and I joined Artist of Steel for the first time! My mum came that day to bring my sisters properly and their stupid bitch friend. It was super fun. Except that Ethe three girls screamed in my face as a "distraction". If anything, it only succeeded in giving me a killer headache. Nicole started it, though. After that (I didn't win so there's nothing else to say). Nicole and I then went to the Talent Show auditions. We did the Hare Hare Yukai (she sang to the karaoke). But because of that one scream, she ruined her voice and it was kind of lame. If you can't scream safely, don't scream at all is what I say. Have you learned your lesson, Nicole~? Then we went to Whose Line Is It Anyway? and I honestly don't remember it, nor the Hetalia Seminar (though I wrote that I went to it...huh...) Then we went to the AMV Smackdown (Yeaaaah~!) and I sat with , and ! Both of the Durarara!! videos won, which is good, since I voted for them. (Does ANYONE know where I can find the Elephant Love Medley one? I can't find it ANYWHERE!!!) I then stayed for the Closing Ceremonies and got a ride home with Nicole.

Today I went home at lunch. My whole family did. 'Cause we went to a funeral. (I'm killing the mood here, I know.)
It wasn't too bad. It was our Dad's Step-mum's Cousin's foster-child. But she was 13 so...
She was in a lot of pain. Her mental and physical state was so terrible that it really was a blessing to see her go.
I saw a girl in my Lit class there. I will ask her over fb later how she knew Emily (the girl who died).
So my afternoon sure was interesting... I hate seeing people cry. It makes me uncomfortable.

On another note: Glee is tonight! I hear someone's supposed to die. (The Warbler, apparently, though if it was Will, Terri or Rachel I won't complain, either ;D) I wonder what's going to happen with Santana. She's always been one of my favourites. And Kurt and Blaine had better make out soon, dammit!!!

I hope I ended on a somewhat light note. Don't bother with condolences. I mean, I'm not going to stop you if you want to but I don't think it's me who deserves them, quite honestly.
